As a person who believes that sports improve human’s mental health, I’m always in a deep search for the best sports that I find myself in. One of the sports that makes me find peace, entertainment and more endorphins is Kayaking. The first Time I tried kayaking was in Egypt two years ago, When I decided that I want to do some water sports without getting wet :D.

The first time was like finding my lost Favourite hoppy after many years of trying different hundred hoppies. I contained Practicing Kayaking many times until I left Egypt. At first when I came here I was not settled enough to revive my love to kayaking again. And when everything settled down, the winter was already here :(. So, it was not until last week when the sun started to work and shine again, when I decided with my friends to go kayaking near to the city.  And this was when I decided to share with my experience.

There are many reasons why Kayaking is my Favourite sport. First, kayaking is a full-body workout that employs your arms, back, and core muscles to paddle.

Second, it allows you to explore the great nature, enjoy the scenery, and get up close and personal with wildlife. Besides, it can be done alone or in a group. It’s an excellent method to meet new people who share your enthusiasm for the game.

As well, kayaking is a low-impact sport that is mild on your joints, making it a good choice for anyone who have knee or joint difficulties. Finally, the most important reason in my opinion is that it is relatively simple to learn. Once you’ve mastered the fundamentals, you can venture out into rivers, lakes, and even the ocean.
